CarFy Marrakech is a car rental offer aggregator in Morocco. We do not own any vehicles ourselves but provide a platform to search and book cars from local partners.
2. Booking
- When booking, the user selects a vehicle from the available offers on the website.
- After confirming the request, the client receives a voucher with the order details.
- Rental conditions (including driver requirements, insurance coverage, and additional services) are determined directly by the vehicle provider.
3. Payment
- Payment is made in accordance with the rules of the selected company.
- In most cases, it is possible to rent without a deposit and without a credit card.
- Additional options (GPS, child seat, second driver, etc.) are paid separately according to the provider’s terms.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Free cancellation is possible no later than 24–48 hours before the rental start time. In case of late cancellation, the provider may withhold part or all of the rental fee according to their policy.
5. Liability
- CarFy Marrakech acts as an intermediary between the user and the local rental company.
- We are not responsible for changes in price, the quality of the provided vehicle, or other conditions that depend on the provider.
- All claims regarding the vehicle’s technical condition or additional services must be resolved directly with the company that provided the car.
6. Website Use
The user agrees to provide accurate information when making a booking. It is forbidden to use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities.
7. Changes to Terms
CarFy Marrakech reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
